Crooked End Farm has been certified organic by the Soil Association for nearly 20 years- well before it became a fashionable slogan. We are committed to bringing you the tastiest, freshest organic food which doesn’t cost the earth! We believe organic food shouldn’t be just a trendy choice for the wealthy – by eating sensibly and seasonally it should be accessible to all.
Farming organically means taking care of our land and our animals, now and for the long term. We don’t use fertilisers or pesticides, and we try to minimise our waste and energy consumption in many small ways – for example, by recycling packaging. We make our own compost and get our feed and other farm supplies as locally as possible. We maintain hedgerows and coverts as wildlife habitats - and they look great too!
