High Weald Dairy is a family run business established in 1988 on Ashdown Forest. Our talented cheesemakers craft an award winning range of speciality cheeses from organic sheep milk and organic cow's milk. The range includes hard and soft English style cheese as well as halloumi and other Mediterranean style cheeses.
All our cheeses are made from pasteurised milk, and are suitable for vegetarians. All the cow milk cheeses are made from the organic milk supplied by the cows on the farm, while the sheep milk cheeses are made using both conventional Sheep milk and Organic sheep milk.
