What we're trying to do with the burger is as simple as what we're trying to say about farming... just keep it natural and true. We use all the really good cuts of the beef to make our burgers, not just the leftover trim. Apart from the fillet, rump, sirloin and rib, the entire body goes into the burger, including roasting and steak joints like topside, silverside and brisket. We think that a burger should be taken out of the bap and away from the greasy fries; that it should contain only top quality, fully traceable meat and contain absolutely no additives, preservatives or nasties; basically that a burger is a nutritious, versaitle and convenient meal option for the home kitchen and deserves to be celebrated.
