Salt and Fatigue
Another nutrient needed for healthy adrenal function is sodium. This is one reason that salt-free diets cause fatigue. Those with depleted adrenal function need liberal amounts of salt in their diet, and by this I mean unrefined...sea salt. Thus all store bought foods should be avoided, but it is important to add unrefined...sea salt to the food you prepare - in fact, use as much of this high quality salt as you like.
