We started making and selling beef jerky in July 2002 in Nairn, a small town 16 miles from Inverness, in the Highlands of Scotland. Since then we've been developing our reach into the market within the UK and beyond.

We feel there is something special about the green fields and lush heather hills that helps in the rearing of some of the best beef and venison available anywhere. So we thought it was only right to try to use these ingredients to make a more refined better quality beef and venison jerky.

We also felt North Americans had had jerky to themselves for too long. We first came across jerky during a trip to Canada - where it was sold in a cookie jar on the counter.

Our aim is to make the best jerky by starting with the best ingredients. So we start with a whole topside of Scotch Beef (or a wild Highland Venison haunch) to make our jerky.

Currently, you can buy our beef jerky in a selected number of delicatessens and outdoor shops around Scotland and England, and here for delivery directly to your home anywhere in Europe.
