What energy drink to seek?

Hello Natural Food Finder,

So the big question for everyone that is exercise (sweating a lot) for more than a 60 minutes, what to drink? Well it is easy if you are not looking for a natural replenishment of the body fluid .e.g. to replace minerals and others electrolytes that go out of your body when you sweat. General rule of thumb is that if you are training less than 60 min you can just drink water, and I agree on that as a person than exercise a lot, competing in Ironman among others.
Therefore, to make this simpler, the drink that I am looking for is just to replaces what we lose when we sweat, because I like to manage my carb intake by myself.
So, what to drink? In addition, yes one more thing, I know that the best is to do your oven sport drink, like juice an orange and some unprocessed sea salt but the problem is time… Especially when you need to train two times a day.
I have been looking at this stuff, Nuun (www.nuun.com) and Kulfuel, (www.kulfuel.com) but I am not sure, can you help me out?
