The New Evolution Diet by Arthur De Vany

I have just finished reading this book. I agree with appox 70% of it, not sure on his views in regards to exercise, however, his nutritional information is very interesting.I used to be a cereal man in the morning and have now found myself eating salmon, turkey and many other "untraditional" breakfasts. Anyone else read this? There must be! Feedback please!  Garth Spencer
