Super Smoothie

This smoothie only takes a few minutes to make. The recipe is sufficient for one large glass.

Ingredients

  • 180ml Organic Orange or Apple Juice
  • 2 handfuls of frozen fruit, include banana, berries, mango, as preferred
  • 1 cup of Organic Natural Yoghurt or Fromage Frais
  • 1/2 cup thick, raw grass fed cream

Instructions

  1. Pour juice into blender and add frozen fruit
  2. Allow to rest for a minute or two for the fruit to soften slightly
  3. Blend in 2 or 3 short bursts, 20 - 30 seconds each
  4. Add the yoghurt and cream and blend for a further 20 - 30 seconds
  5. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately
