Super Smoothie
This smoothie only takes a few minutes to make. The recipe is sufficient for one large glass.
Super Smoothie
Ingredients
- 180ml Organic Orange or Apple Juice
- 2 handfuls of frozen fruit, include banana, berries, mango, as preferred
- 1 cup of Organic Natural Yoghurt or Fromage Frais
- 1/2 cup thick, raw grass fed cream
Instructions
- Pour juice into blender and add frozen fruit
- Allow to rest for a minute or two for the fruit to soften slightly
- Blend in 2 or 3 short bursts, 20 - 30 seconds each
- Add the yoghurt and cream and blend for a further 20 - 30 seconds
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately
