Breakfast Eggnog

A delicious morning drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre raw, grass fed whole milk
  • 3 - 4 organic free range egg yolks
  • 3 - 4 tbsps raw, grass fed cream
  • Pure organic maple syrup to taste
  • Grated organic nutmeg to taste

Method:

Mix the milk, egg yolks and cream together and whisk vigorously until blended well and frothy. Add enough maple syrup and grated nutmeg to suit your palate. Whisk again to ensure the drink is well blended. This is best enjoyed immediately after mixing, but will keep for a day or so in the fridge in a covered jug.
