coconut oil

I recently bought PUKKA organic virgin coconut oil from Morrisons. It is solid at room temperature. Where should it be stored once opened?  It says 'a cool dry place away from sunlight.'  It doesn't need to be refridgerated does it?  Is it possible to rate this product?It consists of organic virgin coconut oil although it appears to be the produce of more than one country. It costs £8.45 for a 300g jar.
