Taste of raw milk - First experience, supplier: Hook and Son

I recently had my first taste of raw milk.  I bought it from Hook and Son.  I was expecting it to smell and taste different but was very surprised that it looked, smelt and tasted like pasteurised whole milk.  Is this normal?  I really liked the taste as did my family but they weren't convinced it was raw milk.  Some of them have had raw milk before and said it is meant to be thicker and creamier and has a distinct aroma.  What do you think?It is expensive though as I had it delivered.  £12 for 6 pints.  I like the service Hook and Son provide but if I am going to keep drinking raw milk and , and I think I am,  then I'll probably get it regularly from a farmer's market.
