Vanilla Ice-cream
Vanilla Ice-Cream - From recipe book Nourishing traditions by Sally Fallon.
3 organic free range egg yolks
1/2 cup pure organic maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon arrowroot
3 cups thick raw (unpasteurised) grass fed cream
Method: Beat egg yolks and mix in all remaining ingredients. Pour into chilled ice-cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions. Transfer into a plastic container for ease of serving and better storage.
