CLA, Omega 3, Coconut products
The following has become apparent.I have been adding in more CLA in to my diet through grass feed meat and dairy. Omega 3 from the qulaity cod liver oil by green patures and wild fish. Coconut water, oil and milk and I have dropped a percent or two body fat and I am fairly lean to start with. Have not changed anything else with exercise or macro-nutrient ratios.Give it a try!Mike CooperP.s.
