Microwaves don't just destroy food they chemicaly change it then the body can no longer absorb the altered compounds. minerals in food are changed to cancerous free radicals, causing stomach and intestinal cancers. Also the regular use of microwaves 'shorts out' electrical impulses in the brain causing permanent damage.

There is very little research surrounding wicrowave ovens and their effects on food. It is certainly not a natural process to use microwaves to vibrate the molecules within a food product so violently that it heats the food up. Indeed there are many websites that make many negative claims regarding the health effects of such cooking. What bothers me the most about this topic is the distinct lack of evidence proving that they are safe! As such I have not used nor owned a microwave for many years.
